1. SCOPE
We, cedac AG, are strongly committed to protecting your personal data. That is why we treat them confidentially and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations. This privacy statement informs you about the handling, type, use, and scope of personal data processed by us. Furthermore, we inform you about your rights. This privacy statement applies to the use of the cedac.ch website as well as the services of cedac AG as listed below.
2. DEFINITIONS
«Personal data» means any information relating to identified or identifiable person. A person is identifiable if he or she can be identified directly or on the basis of a characteristic, such as name, telephone number, E-mail address, or the internet protocol address (IP address), or specific information about the person’s professional, social, or private environment. Anonymized data which can no longer lead to the identification of a specific natural person are not considered to be personal data.
«Data processing» refers to the capture, collection, organization, sorting, storage, adaptation or modification, selection, retrieval, use, disclosure through transmission, dissemination or any other form of provision, linking, restriction, deletion or destruction of personal data.
3. WEBSITE
When you visit our website our internet service provider collects various data that is temporarily stored in the log files of the web server. For example, the browser types and versions and the operating system used by the accessing system can be recorded. The website from which an accessing system reaches our website can also be temporarily stored. Access of sub-pages of our website from an accessing system, the date and time of such an access, the IP address, and other similar data and information which serve to protect against attack on the website and our IT system may also be stored.
3.1. Google Analytics
For our website we use the functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics, a program of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA („Google“). The information collected by tracking your use of our website is stored on a Google server in the USA. The anonymized IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. Further information about the analysis service used can be found on the Google Analytics website. Information on how you can prevent Google Analytics from processing your data can be found at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
3.2. Cookies
Our website uses cookies. These are small text files stored on your computer. Cookies help make your visit to our website more user-friendly and effective. You can prevent cookies from being stored on your computer at any time by means of an appropriate setting in your internet browser. You can delete cookies that have already been stored at any time using your internet browser or other software. When cookies are deactivated the functionality of our website may be limited.
3.3. Establishing Contact Through the Website
If you contact us via our website by means of our contact form or by E-mail, your details, in particular also the contact data provided by you, will be stored with us for any follow-up questions. You always provide this information on a voluntary basis. We will not pass on your data without your consent. Data transmission over the internet (e.g. E-mail communication) can always have security gaps. Complete protection of sent data against access by third parties is therefore not possible.
4. BLOG
If you would like to receive our free blog, we need your first and last name as well as your e-mail address. In addition, the IP address of the calling computer is stored together with the date and time of the first registration. On accessing the blog technical information as well as information about the browser, the accessing system and your IP address at the time of retrieval are collected. The statistical surveys also include information on whether the blog is opened, when it is opened, and which links are clicked on.

6. CLIENT
We use personal data to fulfill a contract concluded with you as the client, for example to establish contact or to implement further measures to provide the service agreed. We reserve the right to contact you by telephone, E-mail or post for this purpose. All personal data will be treated confidentially and only passed on to third parties with your consent.
7. CANDIDATES/COACHEES ET AL.
In order to fulfill the service contract concluded with the client we receive the following personal details about you from the client: name, telephone number, E-mail address. We make use of this personal data to contact you.
Disclosure of your personal data happens strictly on a voluntary basis. We limit the amount of data we collect to a minimum. Furthermore, this data will only be used for the stated purposes. Personal data will be treated confidentially and – with the exception of the client – not passed on to third parties. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future.
8. APPLICATIONS FOR EMPLOYMENT BY CEDAC AG
We process personal data of job applicants for the management of the application procedure. The data is usually processed electronically, especially if the application documents have been sent by E-mail. Personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of processing the application. If an employment contract is concluded with the applicant, the data transmitted will be stored in compliance with the legal requirements in order to fulfill the contract.
9. DATA MEMORY
Personal data is stored in accordance with the respective legal retention periods. In principle we delete data once they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or if there are legal reasons that require deletion.
10. RIGHT TO INFORMATION
You have the right to request information as to whether data about you is being processed. You may also request that incorrect data be corrected. We are obliged to process personal data correctly. Please inform us about any changes to your personal data via the communication channel you normally use so that we can keep them up to date.
